I’m so so chill, that makes people want to choke me😂 I remember last time someone told me to chill out was about two years ago, when me and my family went to an amusement park, every time I wanted to ride a game I was prevented by the keepers because I’m blind, and on all the signboards there was written: “No pregnant entry, no entry for those who suffer from back or nick problems etc. No blind entry!” I started shouting and cursing at the managers, what on earth prevents blinds from riding kids games! My family tried to relax me, chill, we promise we’re not coming here anymore, we’re sorry... I didn’t enjoy much😂 But today when recalling this incidence, we laugh at it, you looked like Halk and you almost killed them there!😂

In my language, we have something the same as your "Chin up", something the same useless or dull, and it sounds like "keep your nerves (your feelings) in a box, and then send it somewhere and let them remake it...", or something like that... Yeah, that sounds funny, still, when you are really disappointed, it sounds like that person who tells it to you, can not be a good friend at all... So, we really need to be very, very careful with the expressions we use in order to help someone in some hard situations...

As a football team captain I have been saying that kind of stuff every weekend. If there is a situation when one about to kick another during the game, it's actually work well to just say something obvious like - "hold your horses, man" or "chill, bruh" (roughly 80\20). Thanks for the lesson btw! p.s. fun thing about "hold your horses" - in russian we have the same (word by word) phrase with exactly same meaning.
