This was hilarious. Great Job. This could help bring some youth back to the Church. It was reported to me that their was a Catholic Hip Hop concert which helped a young man come back to the Catholic Church. The Church is alive! The Church is young!

This is NOT what the Church has in mind for *SACRED MUSIC*. I know many young Catholics who are coming back because of the *LATIN MASS*. They are loving it. They are seeing the *reverence* in the *Traditional Latin Mass*. If kids like rap and they see this and like it so as to make them "come back" to the Church, they will be highly disappointed that the Mass has no rap music in it and so they will leave again. We need to bring back the youth with *HOLINESS and REVERENCE* not with rap crap and hip hop. Come on Father, we all know that a *solid foundation* will have the youth come back and *stay* in the Church once they come back. The Latin Mass has made its comeback. And the *youth are there* and loving it! Let's not cheapen it with rap garbage!

***** That's not far from the truth. It's happening now during many Masses with guitars and drums; especially the Spanish Masses!!! I can't stand to see a "music band" in the *FRONT OF THE CHURCH* instead of a choir in the *CHOIR LOFT* where they belong. It's like they are there to perform for our applause. That is not right. I love the Latin Mass with Gregorian chant. It's the best!

this is such a great video! My kids made a parody video for their dad for Christmas of "Shake it off..." Ours went... "My dad gets up to pray, first thing in the day...to see what Jesus say, mmm hmmm to see what Jesus say... mmm hmmm... He prays the Rosary and the Divine Mercy... (you get the point)" anyways, I think that you are using humor to appeal to the youth to show them our Church is one of JOY and to teach truths of the faith in a fun and memorable way. Haters going to hate hate hate- keep doing your thing and running the race for the eternal prize. College students are going to listen to the radio, our kids are going to be exposed to all sorts of things. Unfortunately, we gotta be in the world, so we have to teach them how to flip it on its head and make it holy! God bless you!

Nicely done! :) I enjoy that as Catholics we have our traditions, yet we still flow with the times. Oh and for all the people who think that we are against same sex attractions, we aren't. We aren't for same sex marriages and relationships because children cannot be produced naturally (well there's actually a lot more, but for my own sake I'm not going to type out the whole entire section of the CCC). And as a lesbian Catholic (or rather I'm one who has different tendencies than others, not cool that people like to make labels for everything, maybe that's just my own view of it, *sigh*, but whateverrr), I'm proud to say that I'm doing okay and happy; single life is actually quite a blessing. I'm proud to say that the Catholic people that I have grown up with have given me support and love me just as I am. Those who are comfortable with themselves and who they are will never be judgmental to those who are "different" from themselves. And I've definitely had my days and years where I questioned things and was questioned, and avoided, but regardless, I stand firm, after all the research and understanding of Catholicism, I'm happy.
