Don't get me wrong, Princess Peach Showtime looks great, but I would really like a game that that makes us discover Peach as a character, see her personality. Same for all the other characters because their personalities are inexistant in mainline Mario games.

@@Semudara I know. I love this game and Paper Mario 64's depiction of Peach. I didn't really play it and I don't have a Switch. Well I do but it's complicated. I love how instead of making her a strong character that can fight, she can't fight against her captors like in the mainline games, but instead she has her own set of qualities. Her sweetness and her intelligence are the most interesting to me, and they allow her to help Mario in her own way. Being a ruler, I feel like her being quite intelligent works well, and her kindness is a well-known trait of her, I think even in mainline games where she's a rather flat character. It's so much more interesting than what Miyamoto does with these characters (no offense to him, but "almost no story and no character writing, gameplay only" kinda sucks after a while, especially with characters so iconic). Also a little extra detail that could be added is that the sweet Princess Peach that everyone sees may hide an interest in adult activities with her getting drunk if she wins in the original japanese version of Super Mario Kart and hiding a "XXX" in her room in Mario RPG. It's two very little details but I think it adds a little layer of depth to Peach to think that, despite genuinly being a sweet and caring person, she isn't entirely the "pure Princess Peach" that she pretends to be. Probably a persona to show to her people.

Just so you know Penny; I remember reading that it's kind of a legal thing to say outloud "The Super Mario RPG *game* returns" and "The Mario Kart 8 Deluxe: Booster Course Pass for the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe game" when reading the script for these kinds of presentations. It sounds redundant, I know. Just like with "The rivalry of Mario Vs. Donkey Kong that ignited on the GameBoy Advance reignites on the Nintendo Switch!" There's also a thing that Mario cannot sit on top of the Nintendo logo, or rest his elbow on Toad in promotional artwork.
