I'm a recent newcomer to these. At the end of the day, there's nothing better than listening to this in the hot tub. A real laugh out loud series

1:35:45 That must be one of the longest laughs they've ever got. (Re Susan Calman's singing and the bagpipes)

Listen to episodes on bbc pod cast. No adds. Doesn't go way back though. I listen in Australia. Old pom. Lots of great memories and laughs while listening

Joey Essex - a national treasure.. . Unfortunately, that nation is France, who already thought we were common, uncultured and a bit thick.

2:06:15 the link between chair and table is that they both have 5 letters. Can't believe Miles didn't say that...

Went a bit overboard on the frequency of ads don’t you think?
@m.j.nicholls6 ай бұрын
I don't manually place ads in these videos, chum.

I don't understand the Mornington Cresent round, can someone explain it to me please?
@niksanderson6836 Жыл бұрын
Nope.

Mornington Crescent is a joke game, where they all pretend to be playing according to extremely complicated rules, but they are really just naming stations. When they think they've done it for long enough, someone says, "Mornington Crescent"
@jonjoy77126 ай бұрын
@stephaniehills757 ah well to the uninitiated perhaps, the depths or rather hidden layers in the game are sublime. It always amazes me that they finish in such a short time. 😉

15:22 - "I was nearly hit by a milk float yesterday" - It might have been a flying insect. You know what they say, float like a butterfly, sting like a bee.

Rediculous number of ads.
@Walls2008 Жыл бұрын
Agreed. It is decided by KZbin, not by who uploaded the video, and I am seeing it on all videos (and the ads aren't that great, too)

1:39:10 I was sure they were going to do a skit about rich Yorkshire folk deciding which car to drive to an important event.
