They're pretty straightforward from a technical standpoint. No fancy editing, just a whole bunch of gameplay combined with some jump cuts and world edit here and there... mixed together into a truly amazing final product. Just a surreal high intensity barrage of humor that still adds up to something coherent. The numbers alone are funnier and more interesting to watch than some people's entire videos. Even when some of the jokes are overdone, like emphasizing the hardcore mode factor while repeatedly dying, the quick delivery and other stuff happening at the same time keeps it from being annoying. My favorite part of this video was the endless spruce door corridor with BlackYoshi's nametag appearing moments before the cut. Just the nametag. That's enough.
