Great video Mike! Really puts stuff in perspective about what our minds do to keep us held back and how to break some of those cycles.

Thanks bro! Sometimes the things meant to push us ahead are the things that hold us back!

Question, How long does it take you to edit this type of content? It looks great! and seeing your size I would assume you would have a way bigger following.

Thanks Jay!! This video took about 8-9 hours to edit off and on, but I"m not a professional, I only know the basics of video editing, so someone with more skill than me could probably finish it much quicker

You make excellent content. I always respect your informed point of view. However, I want to push back on your recommendation that Wannabe entrepreneurs just get started despite the risks. I am one of those wannabe entrepreneurs, and unfortunately, i cannot go to market with my business as I would have to give up too much of my life in order to do so. I'd be sacrificing a decent salary, retirement benefits, family stability, a job that I enjoy, promotional potential etc., -- all for something that will -- statistically-- likely fail. So my pushback is that -- for people like me, wouldn't it be the smart option to not go the entrepreneurship route -- and instead search for folks to take on that risk for us?? And a follow up -- are there teams who do such a thing??? Sort of like outsourcing a go to market team? Lol. That would be a great service for folks like me who feel they aren't in the position to take the dive into the deep end of the pool alone.

Yo Sam!! Glad to see you back in the comments, it's been a while! I don't think we should ignore risk -- but information paralysis is a real thing among people who allow risk to continuously delay them (most businesses never start because of this). There's risk in every business, and sometimes, you just have to take that first step and deal with the risks as they come. I'm also definitely not promoting to leave your job and start a business; it took me several years after launching my business to become a full-time entrepreneur. And even when I did, I took a financial loss for a while. Even with outsourcing, it's still your risk lol. If you hire someone to take those risks for you, they'll just tell you about what went wrong after it happened and all your money is gone lmao. The real way is to take iterative steps to launch the business with a TON of testing along the way -- start as small as possible and validate the idea first, then serve the first customer and validate the process, and scale after validating all the assumptions and hypotheses. So I know I said jump in the deep end and swim, but realistically, the most important thing is to get your feet wet, test the waters, go in until it's up to your knees, make sure there aren't any sharks... then swim out a little further. Eventually, you're so deep that you have to figure things out as they come because you're too far in to turn around!

Hey Mike , really nice video! I was wondering if I could help you with more Quality Editing in your videos better than your Editor with good pricing & turnaround time and will also make a highly engaging Thumbnail which will help your video to reach to a wider audience ! Lmk what you think ?
