Well done so brave to tell your story . I am going through alcohol addiction with my brother and he is doing amazing 4 months sober and smashing rehab . He is healing and learning . He started going to a running addiction group it was all addictions people from different backgrounds with one goal freedom . They do a walk and talk every Tuesday and Sunday is a running session and it’s saved so many people’s lives . Keep up the good work x

Thanks for sharing Melissa, glad to hear he’s doing well! Rehab helped me understand so much about my addiction but then there was still plenty of work to do once I got back into the real world. Pass my regards on to your brother
