In my high school language arts class we learned the term 'dramatic irony', which refers to when the audience knows something that the characters don't. Most Risk streamers don't have access to this powerful literary device because, of course, you're seeing everything from their perspective. VC's uncanny ability to immediately forget stuff that just happened creates dramatic irony and unlocks entertainment value other Risk streamers can only dream about.
