Since I watched your Camino Documentary just last week I've been struck by your way - your sensibilities, your honesty. The way you see things - and the things you see - are truly inspiring to me :) But more than that, you have a way of relating your experiences and vulnerabilities that lets your inner beauty shine bright! Your courage, your big smile and your big heart keep me watching and put a smile on my face as well as I'm sure thousands of other people's faces! I'm tired of feeling numb too - Thank you Stephanie

"Im tired of feeling numb" video hit me really hard. I wasn't expecting to cry. Funny thing is I decided to go just to support my brother. As days go by I see that more and more it's something for me. Something I need to do, not want to. I'm also bring my necklace charms that have mom and dad's ashes. I'm not sure how I can thank my brother enough for the experience I'm gonna have. And tha k you Stephanie for making this video

Stephanie, maybe you are the next great film maker? Combining literature and that camera. I believe if you can walk that Camino, you can do whatever you set your mind and heart to. Sounds to me that you are a creative temperament who can also get things done. What a gift. And it's okay to feel down sometimes. That's where all the delicious material is waiting to become story. But yes, lots of self-compassion, curiosity and tenderness. You've got the stamina and bravery down. Sending love from Canada. xo

I think i needed to listen to "i've got everything i need". I have been very anxious and nervous about pretty much everything and not enjoying the moments much. I've been forcing myself to. A few years ago I did all the "extreme" things just like you, to feel some joy and enthusiasm. I love the way you document everything, keep doing what makes you happy!

Thank you so much for this video, it really resonated with me. In the myriad of videos and photos on social media about how people are living their perfect lives, it's good to know that someone else is also feeling similar things as I am. I first came across your channel when I was looking for camino videos and it instantly drew me in because of the way you talk about your dad. I did the Camino Frances in May 2022. It was a great experience, but it didn't bring me the peace I was hoping for. When I got back from the camino, I learned that my mum had breast cancer. Thankfully, they were able to help her and she is fine now. My dad, however, isn't... In December 2022 he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and he died two weeks ago at the early age of 65. I never imagined losing my dad so soon and I cannot seem to grasp that he is actually gone even though we knew how sick he was for over a year. I find myself numb without being able to cry and let out the pain. I just feel empty and I keep asking myself whether this is normal. I first watched your videos when my dad had already been sick for a few months and these videos helped me calm down. Strangely I didn't find peace on the actual camino, but I'm finding it now when I watch your videos and when I remember my walk. You're a wonderful person, I love your sincere laughter and your honesty. Keep on feeling every single thing and enjoying life as it is!❤

We are truly kindred spirits. Thank you for telling your story. It's the same as mine with a 20 year difference. I am only just now coming back to life after the death of my dad and granny. I am truly so happy that you are learning and trying and doing at a faster pace. Documenting your authentic self sends a spiritual " lifeline" to some and confirmation to others that they are indeed, on the right path and to keep moving forward. Thank you Stefanie. You've allowed me to cry happy tears today when I could not shed them on my own. Now to go for that much needed walk outside in the sunshine!
