The general head shape, minus the wrinkles, could double as head shape for Gizmo from Gremlins! Anyways, great puppet, I had wondered to myself what Yoda would be like as a Muppet style puppet...this is pretty close to the answer!

I’ve heard a few other people have similar theories, Reminds me of that old looney tunes where bugs finds a baby that’s actually a criminal on the run. In the first episode it is said he’s 50 years old, but different species age differently. I do wonder though from a production standpoint if Disney would be cool with making the most merchandisable character from the series be a grown man in disguise especially with how much kids like baby yoda. But I personally would love a twist like that!

Weird question- but how did you get the fleece to perfectly fit around the eyes and eyelids that you already had covered in fleece for the mech? In other words, how do you hide the seams between the face fleece and the eyelid blinking fleece? INCREDIBLE job dude, as always

So cool! The little guy is just adorable and I am so impressed by all those mechanisms. I am working on a Beetlejuice the Musical-inspired sandworm hand puppet with a design inspired by the white dragon on Keep Drawing, Charlie!'s channel. It has been so helpful to see in-depth explanations on your channel. I am interested in making the inner head of the sandworm capable of moving forward and receding back into the main head's mouth. Have you ever seen any sort of simple sliding thing like that?

You replicated baby Yoda perfectly and all those mechanisms really fit him. Theory: at the begining of Mandalorian they tell Mando baby Yoda is 40 years old but Yoda's kind live longer and basically that is the age of a baby. Maybe the empire lied about his age for misterious reasons we will find out in season 2.
