I really like the format of the chapters that Gunn wants to do. I feel like you can tell completely stories over the span of something like 5-8 years. Like I’ve created a full DCU Chapter 1 and 2 (2 has the tv shows in them), and it’s a lot easier to create a story with that. For example my chapter 1 goes like (each gap represents a new year): The Green Arrow Superman Batman: Gotham’s Vengeance Wonder Woman The Flash Dawn Of Justice (not a bvs movie, but rather a mini crossover movie to introduce Lex Luthor for the end of chapter 1. Also could use a better name, that’s just a place holder) Aquaman Shazam! Green Lantern Titans Justice League

I would use almost the same formula James Gunn is using by do it in my own way. I’ll start with a full reboot everyone is recast no exceptions. And then have the DCU do chapters with the goal in mind to get to universe changing events for the DCU. The universe changing events are Darkseid War, Crisis on Infinite Earths, and Kingdom Come. I would start with 6 new cinematic projects and a TV show to serve as the prologue to the first chapter which I call Gods Among Us and the 6 projects I’ll list right here DCU Prologue 1. Oh ya Aquaman would definitely be part of the universe. If I was to make my REAL DCU plan, I would potentially use him as a character who appears in other characters movies or he would get his own film in the 3rd phase.

I'm just gonna lay out my ideas here. 1. Superman: Son Of Tomorrow-similar to the new film, a young Superman but not an origin story, the main villain would be Parasite 2. Green Lantern: Emerald Dawn-John Stewart becomes the new Green Lantern and with Guy Gardener and Jessica Cruz are sent on a mission to find Hal Jordan, main villains are the Sinestro Corps 3. The Flash Forever-As Barry sees visions of the Death Flash, he takes on a successor in Wally West to carry on the Flash legacy from him and Jay Garrick, main villain is Reverse Flash 4. Batman: The Brave And The Bold-I like what James Gunn's going for and never would've thought of it, the main villain would be Deathstroke 5. Justice League: New Frontiers-The new heroes like Wally West, Superman and John Stewart join the League as the League is rendered practically useless after Amazo steals their powers and they have to get new heroes to help. It would also show Superman becoming the new leader of the League through his knowledge after defeating Parasite. I would have a trilogy for Superman, a 6-film saga for Green Lantern, 4 films for Batman, a show for Wonder Woman, the JLD, Adam Strange and Nightwing. The Adam Strange and a Blue Beetle And Booster Gold show/film would foreshadow a Crisis On Infinite Earths duology. There would also be a trilogy of Teen Titans films

I would try to do a DC Cinematic Universe that draws inspiration from DCAU: Phase 1 Superman- Orign and Brainiac and Lex would be villains. Lex will threaten Superman with Krytonite. Batman- Death of Bruce’s parents in the opening credits. Joker is the main villain. Superman 2-Lex Luther tries to find Kryptonite under water and Aquaman and Atlantis are villains. Green Lantern Corps- Introduces John Stewart and Kyle Rayner. Flash- Superman may make a cameo during a race around the world with Wally West. Batman 2- Ras al Ghul and the League of Shadows are villains. Robin introduced. Robin introduced. The World’s Finest- Batman and Superman team up to fight Lex Luther and Ras al Ghul who are part of The Light. Phase 2 Static Shock- Big Bang story and Ebon and Metabreed are villains. Wonder Woman- Origin story and end credits set up for Justice League. Martian Manhunter- War between green and white martians that destroys civilization on Mars. End credits set up for Justice League. Justice League- Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, John Stewart, Wally West, and Martian Manhunter fend off white martain invasion. Project Candmus end credits scene. Dr. Fate- Origin story. Phase 3 Static Shock 2- Gear would be introduced. Superman 3- Darkseid is set up as the big bad and Superman needs the New Gods to help him barely defeat him. Zatanna- Orgin story. Batman cameo. Hawkgirl- Origin story. She joins Justice League as a double agent. Justice League 2- The Thanagarians invade earth and Hawkgirl sides with the Justice League at the end. Justice League Unlimited set up. Batman 3- Riddler is the villain. Batgirl introduced. Green Lantern Corps vs. Sinestro Corps. Phase 4 Batman vs. Superman- Darkseid turns Superman evil and Batman has to team up with Lex Luther to stop him. Project Candmus- Amanda Waller has a secret war against the Justice League Unlimited. Suicide Squad- Candmus send the Suicide Squad on a mission against the Justice League. Justice League Unlimited- Candmus’s War against the Justice League continues and a major blow is dealt to the League. The Secret Society- After Justice League is trying to rebuild from the secret war with Candmus, a vacuum is created for the Light to grow in power. Justice League Unlimited 2- The Justice League, New Gods, Green Lantern Corps, and The Light have to team up to defeat Darkseid. Phase 5 Batman Beyond- Batman is too old to keep fighting so Terry McGinis takes on the mantle. Static Shock 3- Static is an older man and is a well respected hero in the World. He finds a plot involving a Metahuman cure. Batman Beyond 2- Return of the Joker storyline. Justice League Beyond- Vandal Savage is able to effect the past to make himself ruler of earth after World War II. Justice League with an older Superman will have to use time travel to win. Flashpoint- Flash event movie following the consequences of Justice League Beyond. There will be a multiverse based on a lot of different DC TV and movie media. This could reboot the universe.

For me, my structure for DCs universe would be. The description for each film will range from non existent to quite long depending on how much I know about the characters or how I can fit it together PHASE 1 APOKOLIPS SAGA (Very similar to your first phase) Batman - The story will be about a young Batman facing Two Face and maybe Hush. This could be a good first villain because it challenges the bruce wayne and batman sides of him due to them being childhood friends. It will give him the dilemma to be the hero that batman wants to be or to be the friend bruce wayne wants to be. It will obviously end with him siding with the batman side and taking down both villains. The penguin will also have a role in this movie which will set him up for the future Superman - I struggled with thinking of a villain for this one. Most of his villains I want to use further down the line or dont think would fit. Im going to go with General Zod for this villain and itll be similar to Man of Steel but mich brighter and more hopeful. He will still be forced to kill Zod to save people but will regret it for a long time Wonder Woman - The villain will be circe Worlds Finest - The purpose of this movie is to show the friendship between batman and superman which hasnt had anywhere near enough attention. For the end credit it will show them meeting wonder woman Trinity - This will be the big crossover for the phase and will tease the justice league in the end PHASE 2 Batman 2 - Batman has adopted Dick Grayson Robin and has been training him for about a year. Riddler has been comitting major crimes around the city and leaving clues to his next crime. When batman finally catches riddler it is revealed it has all been a distraction so that penguin can take over gotham and that he cant be in two places at once. This will mean he will have to trust robin to take down the riddler whilst he stops penguin. He will also be in a relationship with Talia Al Ghul who will become pregnant with Damien and Ras al Ghul will be pressuring Batman to become his heir during the movie Superman 2 - Lex Luthor fears superman and so he creates Bizarro, Metallo and Superboy to fight him. He then has to call for help from Supergirl and Martian Manhunter. Superboy will eventually break away from Lex Luthors control and join the fight against him Wonder Woman - Barbara Ann will be tricked into becoming the cheetah by the children of ares and wonder woman will have to defeat her and the children of ares The Flash - Barry Allen struggles to control his powers throughout the movie. The villains will be the rogues Green Lantern - Hal Jordan will fight Sinestro Justice League vs The Legion of Doom - Riddler, Lex Luthor, Metallo, Bizarro, Cheetah, Sinestro, Gorilla Grodd and Captain Cold as well as Giganta, Parasite and Scarecrow who havent been introduced before form the legion to take down the Justice League. They were formed by Braniac to take down the Justic League before his arrival and improve his odds of success. Justice League Brains vs Brawn - Braniac arrives to earth whilst the league were destracted by the legion of doom. He begins to capture metropolis but the league defeats the legion and go to stop braniac. PHASE 3 Nightwing - There has been a 5 year time jump and Dick Grayson Robin goes to find his own path and evolves into Nightwing. He has to face Deathstroke Batman 3 - With Dick Grayson absent, Batman find Jason Todd as a replacement Robin and also he had already recruited Barbara Gordon. The main villain is joker who cripples Batgirl mid way through the movie and kills Jason Todd at the end. Batman wants to kill Joker but doesnt in the end Wonder Woman 3 - Ares enraged by wonder woman defeating the children of ares goes to defeat wonder woman himself The Flash 2 - The villain is reverse flash Green Lantern 2 - The villain is Atrocitus Aquaman - The villain is black manta Martian Manhunter - i dont remember how to spell the villains name but it is his brother Batman 4 - Batman replaces Jason Todd with Tim Drake Robin. Ras Al Ghul convines Batman he will join revive Jason Todd with the Lazarus pit if he joins him. He revives Jason Todd but doesnt tell Batman. Jason sees how quickly he was replaced and goes to fight batman. He eventually forgives batman and joins him against Ras Al Ghul Red Hood - The villain is black mask Superman 3 - He fights Steppenwolf and wins but is warned about Darkseid approaching Justice League Apokolips War Part 1 and 2 - All the heroes fight against Darkseid and will win but Wonder Woman and Superman will die during the film and Darkseid will break batmans back (bane style) which will force him to retire PHASE 4 CRISIS SAGA (might be a bit early for crisis but i couldnt think of anything else fitting for a saga other than Crisis on Infinite Earths) Green Arrow - The villain will be Malcolm Merlyn Shazam - The villain will be Black Adam Zatanna - The villain will be Allura New Trinity - Green Arrow, Shazam and Zatanna (not sure she quite fits so you can probably think of a better WW replacement) form the new trinity. I decided to go with these rather than the obvious Nightwing, Superboy/Supergirl and Wonder Girl as replacements because I think people would much prefer new characters make up the trinity as this is a new saga. Titans - Nightwing, Starfire, Raven, Beast Boy and Cyborg form the Titans and fight against HIVE. Over the course of the movie Nightwing and Starfire will fall in love. You could also give some of the other characters solo movies if you wanted I just couldn't think of anything for their movies. Im going to end my universe here but it would eventually progress on to 3 or 4 more justice league movies over the course of 3 or 4 phases. The last 2 justice league movies would be crisis on infinite earths before the universe gets rebooted. Characters such as blue beetle, hawkgirl and dr fate would also be introduced during this time as well as legacy characters such as wally west and john stewart. Some more characters would likely have to die or retire to make room for all the new characters in the big teamup movies unless you only bring the core justice league into those movies and leave out teams like the titans. I decided to structure it this way to prolong the lifespan of the universe as popular characters such as green arrow dont even get introduced until much later on.

I made a plan for my own version of the DC Cinematic Universe too. Just a simple 6 movie and 3 tv show plan for Phase 1. 1. *Superman* - A Superman origin story, making his way through Earth becoming the world's finest superhero. The main villain could be Lex Luthor working with Metallo and Livewire to destroy Superman. The post-credit scene will be Lois Lane taking Clark's glasses jokingly and cuts when she notices that he's Superman. 2. *Batman: Year of the Pig* - Batman and Robin (Jason Todd) work together to find the notorious Professor Pyg as he performs his horrid experiments. The movie ends with Robin supposedly dying, Professor Pyg gets sent to Arkham and we tease Batman's other villains: Scarecrow, Bane, Victor Zsasz, Poison Ivy, and (obviously) Joker. The post-credit scene will be Jason Todd being resurrected in the Lazarus Pit and wake up like Jon Snow in GOT. 3. *Wonder Woman* - Admittedly not that much different from the 2017 movie, but Dr. Poison will be a bigger villain in the movie, but Ares will still be the big bad. The post-credit scene will be Diana in Metropolis meeting Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent. 4. *Manhunter* - A TV miniseries about Martian Manhunter frist coming to Earth and adapting to living as Detective John Jones. It is a murder mystery series where J'onn tries to solve a murder of a high profile of a senator, at the end J'onn discovers the villain Doctor Trap was behind the murders. The final episode will have J'onn recieving a message from Batman. 5. *The Flash: Rogue's Gallery* - A movie about Flash (Wally West) still learning how to become a superhero; as the movie goes on, his minor villains like Captain Boomerang, Captain Cold, Abra Kadabra, Mirror Master, Heat Wave, and Golden Glider working together as the Rogues to beat the Flash. The post credit scene will be Flash seeing a green light in the sky, crashing in Central City. 6. *Green Lantern Corps.* - A TV show about Hal Jordan becoming the Green Lantern, being mentored by a fellow, more experienced Lantern Jon Stewart. This show will showcase Atrocitus being the main villain. The show ends with Hal and Jon returning to Earth after learning a great threat is coming (ties in the Flash post credit scene). 7. *Wonder Woman 2: Gladiators* - The second Wonder Woman movie will be set before she meets Clark and Bruce. She learns of a dangerous robot being developed in China and goes to destroy it, Egg Fu (in this continuity Egg Fu is a giant robot). 8. *Zatanna - Mistress of Fate* - A TV show about Zatanna Zaterra and John Constantine travelling across dimensions to collect relics for an artifact to prevent Trigon from coming into the world; in a twist of fate it actually summons Trigon. Zatanna and John goes into an epic, multidimensional battle fighting Trigon before banishing him beyond Azareth. The post credit scene will show that Raven has made it through the portal and into earth. 9. *Justice League I* - The final movie in phase 1, the movie initially starts with Superman flying to an island where he learns of a mysterious occurance, only to discover the great threat that came to Earth, Starro the Conquerer! Superman is defeated, but is rescued by the Green Lanterns who inform him of Starro and how dangerous he is. Superman contacts Batman and Wonder Woman that he needs help. Batman tracks down other heroes to work together to save the people Starro has assimilated: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, the Green Lanterns, Martian Manhunter, Zatanna, Constatine, and Aquaman work together and form the Justice League, named after the Justice Society of America. The post credit scene will showcase the Watchtower being created and Batman showing Wonder Woman and Superman his database for other superheroes around the world.

The major flaw is time by the time all these movies got made your actors would be quite old as would your Audience. If I was doing a DCEU I'll have phase 1 be the set up with superman, batman, wonder women, flash, green lantern and justice league. With the first saga big bad being darkside with the enemy of the first justice league being Doomsday. Throughout the saga there will be hints to darkside's invasion coming but we don't see him fully until the 3rd justice league movie. And at the end of the 5 solo movies the post credit scene would be a green gloved fist punching up once per movie and breaking revealing Doomsday's fist more and more with the 5th being his fist breaking through the ground. This and the presumed death of Superman would show the others that there's threats out there that no one can beat alone and they form the team from at the end. Phase 2 would have sequels and start introducing magic to the universe with a Zatanna and Constantine movies Zatanna being colourful and hopeful while Constantine is more dark. With the second justice league movies enemy being cyborg superman and bizarro as a Reign of the Superman story with super boy being there in a end credit scene being woken up from his pod. In all movies they would not kill the enemy with Doomsday being the exception so there's always a chance for them to return or be in a suicide Squad movie. Which wouldn't happen until phase 4 at the earliest so there's a actual reason for the government to think that's a good idea.

The individual movies would still need to be good first but yeah. Most fans know not to try to rush a cinematic universe like this. It was a mistake not to put out a batman film before BvS. It was an even bigger mistake to put Doomsday in snd kill superman in your second DCEU film. Horrible mistakes that cost this universe.

For me Id focus the point of view of the Batman movies not on Batman but the villians. The first joker movie shows that works, and everyone and their mother knows about Batman's whole deal. A trilogy of tragedies, focusing on two face, mr freeze and then poison ivy. Batman would be less a character, more a force of nature, a spectre of terror. It would be standard villian origin stories, emphasis on the corruption of Gotham, ie with Two Face the GPD and law, Freeze with the medicine/healthcare and gangs, and Poison Ivy with the corrporations (WayneCorp included) and the poor. Two face will be less oh im so random, more assassination of the corrupt to show how arbitrary life is. Mr freeze is about the kafkesque nature of the government and private healthcare, as his wife dies no will help him so hes forced to act on his own. Poison Ivy will be about how the pollution from the big companies is directly hurting the poorer areas, and no all humans must die. Batman will be present in all as a force of justice, portrayed like a horror movie creature, maybe the only one. In the second halfs he will be intrumental in their falls and their final confrontation before being shipped to Arkham. Superman first movie will be about him working to establish his paragon nature, with Vickie Vale as the main atagonist, not a villain, just sceptical of Superman. The threats will all be mundane, with the final act being a dam failing, which will be hinted to belong to Lexcorp. Wonder woman would have a duology, the first set in mythical Themiscura, ending with her failing to defeat Ares and getting put on ice, the second would follow Wonder Woman waking up and fighting in the Vietnam war. She thinks Ares is in control but finds herself a the sole divine being in a time of Mortals. Ends with a ski0 to modern day, with her as Diana Prince reading a news story about Superman. Last movie of Phase One would be a Trinity movie, with Wonder Woman seeking out the other two, patially to help with big disasters, partially just to be around others she feels are like her Superman disagrees with Wonderwomans idea of divine reposeiblity, seeing himself as a human helping others out, Batman is just against working together. After a devastating Tsunami of the Eastcoast of the US (Gotham can still be in New Jersey, Metropolis im moving to Virginia) Wonder woman leads relief efforts, while both Batman and Superman struggle with helping outside their cities, Batman lacks the ability to enact his plans, Superman lacks the know how. Only with Diana's coordination and abilities can they actually make a difference, resulting in them agreeing to team up. Batman, through Batman BS, maintains the illusion that he is supernatural to both WW and Supes. Phase two introduces three more Heroes, Hawkwoman, in a film about her wrestling with her powers and lacking her soulmate for mysterious reasons, fighting Blackfire. Black canary will be a more street level hero, fighting the penguin's gang with powers inherited from her mother. The movie will focus on themes of inheritance and legacy, with Solomon Grundy as the penguin's main goon. Finally Martian Manhunter, focusing on loss, as he still grieves mars and has to learn to move on and find meaning on Earth, Haunted by Bette Noir, who acts as an embodiement of grief. A new Batman duology, staring with Joker, as he tries to destroy the police. Second focuses on Harlet and the fallout of the Joker's actions. Batman gains a Robin, who foils joker and harley as duos with dysfunctional relationships. Superman fights metallo as a gov weapon against him, focusing on the distrust supe's good narure brings. Wonder woman fights Circe. Both intially seek a relationship due to both being from the mythical past, but Circe crosses WW's moral limes, leading to a fight, leaving them both emotionally scarred. Justice League Movie, fighting Amazo, who is a Lex and Wayne corp joint venture. the new heroes join, learning to work together. Standalone green latern movie, John Stewart as the latern, foghting Mongol. The Guardians are partially to blame.

I have an idea for you. A Spider-Man Cinematic Universe. I would call it the Cinematic Spider-Verse but without anything related to multiverses or spiderverses. Also no miles or spider-gwen it's just Spider-Man and Spider-Woman. Spider-Woman's origin would be her original origin, she's a spider Evolved into a human but this spider was the same one that bit peter. I would also have the spider be both genetically engineered and shot up with radiation to make it a bit more believable. Flash and Peter became friends throughout high school and they first meet harry and gwen in college like in the comics. I would have gwen die in the 3rd Spider-Man movie, her father dies like he did in the comics in the 2nd movie and mj shows up in the 4th. The 'trio' or 'Trinity' of the this universe, Spider-Man, Agent Venom, and Spider-Woman. Lizard could be the Hulk of the universe. Black cat would also be on the team and Spider-Man would get the team name, The Enforcers, from her because in this universe black Cat would be a former member of the Original Enforcers and the big 10 yrs or whatever culmination film can be called the new Enforcers or something. I'm really just throwing sht at the wall😅 as for other superheroes, I actually have an entire list characters that soyny can use and I sifted through it to find as many heroes as I could, or villains that can be turned into Heroes like the lizard, Molten Man who is the step-bro of Liz Allan, Silver Sable who I wouldn't make a full on hero, Sable International or The Wild Pack could be sorta like X-Force. There's also Sandman, will O the wisp and basically the entire Outlaws team.
