There's definitely a level of self doubt in there like there is with most artists I know, but knowing who this person is, it wouldn't surprise me if she basically has unrestricted access to professional trainers, who can basically just coach her through what she's doing while she's doing it, so at least to the average person it looks like a really professional job

When using your clothes for making a pattern, it’s easiest to turn the shirt/dress/sweater inside out and fold it in half. That way you already have your seam allowance. Fold your fabric in half as well (easier for cutting) 🙂

If you want to make leather softer and more pliable, use neatsfoot oil. If you're making armour with it, melt hard beeswax & carnuba(about 50/50) until too hot for your health and submerge the leather in it for 15-25min. Wrap your bod in towels and have an accomplice stap the leather in place. When it cools it will be as hard as ABS Plastic. The Romans didnt have carnuba but used linseed oil, which when heated to t boiling point makes linoleum.

Would have been cool and a bit terrifying of you slowly repositioned Ashley on each shot so it looked like she was slowly moving XD

Finally figured out who you remind me of. I spent 5 years involved in the Society for Creative Anachronism. Most of the people there had the same mad skills. We dabbled in everything and picked up various skills. Armouring, weapons crafting, caligraphy, medieval cooking, Vinting, Heraldry, Medieval sciences or alchemy, archery, you name it. Best part was getting together with 5-6000 like minded people in a two week camp called the Pennsic wars. Mind you we actually used the armor and fought with rattan swords.

I genuinely appreciate the utility pouch. Some time back, I made my own super hero costume, and utility was at the forefront. So cool to see you combine form and function in all your projects.

This looks SO stunning, you're such a talent! The only thing I would add would be some sheaths for the knives, so you (your character) don't need to hold them both all the time ;)
