Hi! Super late reply here. Sorry about that. I am not a lego purist. I know some people are, but for me, blocks that are not seen can be non-lego if it is cheaper. I like to experiment with other brands too.

What an awesome moc! I have made my own moc based on yours, and then a "re-moc" in mini form ( yes a re-moc of my moc of your moc in mini-moc scale) 😄 using the burger shop from City 60214. The mini-moc is super cool, so cool in fact, I made a City Pizza in the same form. The moc is straight forward, the little stores might be a good option around the beach. Keep up the wonderful work!
