Dead serious here, Adam, you have unlocked the next level of sculptor in me. You saying things like “poking holes of various sizes using balls of various sizes” and “smoosh” and “wormy deelies”…. Made me truly realize clay isn’t as hard as I’d convinced myself it was. Suddenly, I started making these incredible figurines, dynamic poses and details… and had a heckton of fun doing it. I love the Tyranid Bio-mechanical aesthetic, and you’ve got that phenomenally! And just a lore note, the Tyranids are a hive mind, and have no Faster Than Light Travel, so they just fart their way through space. On living space ships. And each hive fleet has a unique color scheme and “shtick”.
@dyllanPhoenix2 ай бұрын
Thats false. Tyranids do have FTL travel they are called the Narvhals these ships distort gravity and space and increase speed exponentially/ compresses the space between them and their target, the farther away the target is but cannot be used for small trips because any bits of gravity mess up the process so they make huge jumps in the dead space between planets and then drift at sub-light a couple lightyears out. It is also why planets that are within the eyes of a Tyranid invasion tend to experience violent shifts in weather and natural disasters because the focus of the Narvhals distorts the entire planets gravity.
@tirefish2 ай бұрын
@@dyllanPhoenix So, what organic system allows them to travel faster than light? Do they just shite themselves over to a system
@dyllanPhoenix2 ай бұрын
@@tirefish The Narvhal Ships that guid their hive fleets have incredibly sensitive monofilament hairs that pick up on abusrdly small gravitational readings and using a special organ unbeknownst to Humanity Latch onto the gravity of their target planet and create a tunnel of compressed distance and enhanced gravitic pull that sucks them towards their target at FTL speeds. it just cannot get too close or it creates catastrophic damages so they stop about a lightyear out and travel conventionally from short range. Just google Tyranid Narvhal for info on it here isnt much but its fully canon and how tyranids do FTL

@@tirefish??? Have you read what he as said? Basically gravity manipulation. Higthe in front, lower behind... and you "fall" forward inside a bubble of warped spacetime to excape C limitation. I've never played Warhammer, but this is incredible! I particularly like the swords and the armor plating. Also it's got me thinking about what other movie/TV/game monsters you could make(if you so wished), so naturally I over thought it and compiled a list: 1. White spikes from The Tomorrow War 2. The Demogorgon from Stranger Things 3. A Mimic from Live. Die. Repeat. (Edge of Tomorrow), which is a good chance to use lights:) 4. The Monsters from A Quiet Place (I forget their name) 5. The freaky skull-faced ape thing from Temple Run 6. Realistic Om Nom from Cut The Rope 7. More characters from Arcane (maybe when they're all powered up with that super drug thingy?) 8. The Summerween Trickster from Gravity Falls 9. The Dirt Man created by Carter Vail 10. More Terry the Skullctopus! But do whatever you want, you could make zombie Abe Lincoln with guns for hands fighting a flying, sentient, evil corn dog with wearing bell bottoms, welding weaponized bagpipes and I'd still watch it!
