I love the fact that each camera shot is focused around a specific colour. Great video as always!

This has everything that makes a project interesting : it's creative, technically challenging, has unique design elements, and the video itself is really cool. Hope you're proud of what you made, cause it's awesome 🙂

KZbin didn’t recommended the video (even after bell on), I just searched jelle vermandere to see if jelle uploaded the new video after 3 months, I usually check your channel every month.

I wonder if I could make an "RGB" cube that also has bluetooth. Then you could use the algorithm you wrote to do a random scramble and actually have the squares on the cube change to the appropriate colors :D
@grungkoАй бұрын
Having a configurable cube could mean adding other colors on each face as well. Like having 4 white and 4 grey on the white face for example, and the player have to figure out which color combines with the other. It could be randomly generated while scrambling, so each game does not have the same combination as well. Maybe it doesn't even complexify the cube, I've not thought about it so much, but at least it could bring a new cube variant vibe, like when you buy an offbrand one and suddenly there is pink and black faces lol

I'm Always impressed by your visual presentations, always entertaining. Glad you showed how ChatGPT can screw up if you aren't watch dogging it, don't want people to rely on it too heavily. Incredibly well designed game, although even if I had one of those remote control Rubik's cubes I'd have a hard time playing it because I was never good with them.

I don't usually put big comments, but please accept my compliments: I truly enjoy your content. I admire the ideas you have and how you implement them from blueprints to the final game. As well as I like your style of humor and video editing work. A perfect balance between Content and Timing. It is a joy to watch your videos and shorts. Specifically for this game, that definitely should become a standalone thing. I think the idea is super cool, and adding more mechanics to this game will make it even more fascinating. One of the problems, of course, is the fact, that you need a cube like this to fully enjoy the game. I am just curious: do you think it's worth to contact the Cube developers and propose them the game (ported to mobile), alongside their main program? Thus, they will still be hitting their target audience, and in the same time have additional game option for people to play? And that will guarantee everyone who plays has the cube. Sorry, for "giving advices", I just can't think that a game with such a cool mechanics is not going to see the "official" release. Great work, I admire it.
@JelleVermandereАй бұрын
Thanks! I've thought about contacting a cube manifacturer, just need to figure out how and where .

instinctively flinched/cringed at the ChatGPT usage, but thinking about it code conversion is probably one of the few ethical uses for AI. it's boring, frustrating grind work that SHOULD be getting replaced with automation so that the work that matters can be gotten back to sooner
