I use the strike zone camera angle with analog pitching. I had a lot of problems like you but switching to that for some reason has helped. I can see how the hitter sees the pitches. Makes pitch selection a lot easier also.

I’m pretty sure I use classic with the pitch trail on. Broadcast view. With this style you can choose where your will locate the pitch and you tap X repeatedly for more accurate pitches and hold it for power pitches.
