I sleep with a heated blanket below me because heat rises...so much warmer than above. Then I have a puffy blanket and a wool blanket on top to stay toasty warm 😉 I would insulate the roof...wool is amazing and wouldn't take up too much head room. Yes, I love my trailer more than a guest room any day!

Hi Mateo & Lars,👋 You both looked so cold in your van.🥶 🧊 As a truck driver, we have an APU ( auxillary power unit ) & inverter ( on the Rig) 🛣🚛 to provide Heat & Air to Survive the Harsh weather on the road to Help prevent hypothermia / heat stroke. Not sure how you can add it to a van? Our truck engine is off & uses less diesel fuel, Rather than run your truck engine to sleep & stay warm, or cool. Maybe you can get Lars 2 warm winter coats from REI, or online ( cheaper). One for Lars inside the van & one for outside in rain / snow. I've also seen snow booties for dogs, never seen cat booties. Motorcycle shops have heated gloves, etc... You can try to get heating pads ( like for sore backs ) for you & Lars to warm up, but don't sleep on them, It can Damage your vital organs with constant heat exposure. That's a really nice sweater from Target, looks warm, color suits you! 👍 That Breakfast looked Delish!!!😃🍳🥩🥑🥐 Chipotle cream cheese, no wonder you gave it a 9.8 score! Get some fleece or flannel sheets, it’ll help take the bite out of winter. Maybe get yourself a winter backpacking quilt or sleeping bag to enclose your body heat. Time for you to spend the winter in the desert!

Get some 0° sleeping bags u could get some of those warmers .. you can put in your pocket get you a jackery and a fan and plug in one of those space heaters to a jackery the one I have. it just turns offyou can always crack the windows a smidget you can get some of those maybe you can get those covers for your windows that help with condensation and hopefully keep the warm in .maybe some better rugs for warmth on the floor wish you the best hope you get lots of sponsors.👍✌️🌞

I'm in Washington now. I've been traveling for three months (from Michigan). We may get a tiny bit of snow tonight. I'm in an SUV without a heat source. I get the cold! However, my bed is so cozy, and I love it. It's my cocoon. I so understand being invited in and choosing your home. I do too :) Looking forward to your renovations.

80 Degrees in Arizona! Anyway sesame oil is really good and healthy. I cook up some Ground turkey with it , onions , green onions, yellow bell peppers or red and I add an egg to it. Add in some garlic chili flakes rice vinegar, siracha and soy sauce. And you will have a great great dish with left overs. Smooth sailing!

Get a heated sheet or put one of the electric blankets under you (not as comfy as the sheet or really made for it but as a temporary fix might help) so the heat rises up through your body. I used too work outside Chicago night clubs/The doors 24-7/rain or shine and road my motorcycle all year round and by the time i got home i needed to defrost. So helpful, stay safe u 2.

Instead of a heating blanket get a heated mattress pad. And get an over sized sleeping bag and open it up. Cover up you and Lars with the heated mattress pad you will not lose the heat with the heated mattress pad. They are very safe compared to an electric blanket. I am in Rhode Island and heat my house with wood. So often my house is down to 57*
