That was a very interesting video, I loved how different it was from your other videos, yet still so fitting for you. Loved the end result. As for the breaking a console, I only broke one console ever, and it was my 3DS. Turns out it's a bad idea to have a motorcycle crash with your 3DS in your backpack. Fortunately the bottom screen survived and I could transfer everything on it to a new 3DS.

The only console I actually took apart was a PSP. There was gunk under the D-Pad and it wasn't working properly. I had issues afterwards because I screwed it back on too tight and it made it hard to press certain buttons. For some reason my PSP drains it's power when not used for a while. I never had this issue with a 3DS. I replaced the battery and it did stop turning off randomly. While the PSP has a disk/cartridge tray I didn't bother tampering with it. The disc tray doesn't work very well and the games kept freezing so I ending up hacking games onto it instead. It looks like the save data still works with it. I wouldn't bother making it out of paper. The stuff I was doing was beginner level.

One of the worst ways that I broke my DS system was I was on vacation and we were sightseeing a volcano, and I dropped my system with one of my Nintendogs games in the volcano and the worst part of that story I had just bought the system one week prior so that was a waste of $100

Don't you need the microphone for certain games? I had trouble emulating Tingle's Balloon Trip Of Love because I didn't know how to emulate the mike. I think having Audacity open made it work somehow. I guess the computer mike needed to be on. It closes, sort of. I guess I shouldn't expect it to be neat. You actually made a battery case? 19:14 GASP! NO WAY! I think the DS is region free so no need to make other adjustments for that.
