It's possible to have windfury on a titan in Standard by using Ini Stormcoil on the rogue titan. That's how I first experienced this interaction.

I wonder...does that mean, that "tecnically" Titans have Charge? (note the "normal glow" vs the "Rush glow" on the Turn he played the Titan and attacked with it at 8:20)

I believe so, yes. I know Brian Kibler has brought it up at some point, but if you copy an empty Titan, you can immediately attack with it. I believe it allows you to attack face, so it would have charge instead of rush. It's been a bit since Kibler talked about it, so I don't remember the details.
