Wow, that's awesome. It seems pretty easy to assemble everything. I had an iphone 6s plus that a dropped on concrete and since then it never worked again, i still have the phone but i'm not sure which piece needs to be replaced. I didn''t want to take it into a shop cause i didn't have money at the time. I'm just curious if i would be able to fix it...

But I am a little scared about the motherboard and the possible lock to a carrier, or to end up with a stollen one, I do not want to waste money. Do you have some recommendations? The motherboard that I got was from Ebay from a US seller...so I was protected by Paypal's policy...so I could easily return it and get my money back. Now...even thou it was described as unlocked...it was actually locked to T-mobile US... and at first I wanted to return it... but I talked to T-Mobile US customer service on Twitter and explained what I'm doing and they agreed to unlock it for me at no extra charge. Once that was done I emailed the seller and asked for a portion of the $ back because the product wasn't as described.... so I got some $ back from there... it is a bit of a hassle...but now that I am using this iPhone it just feels like a total victory

But You forgot to install rubber gasket between Touch ID home button and home button hole for reduce the risk of rotating the Home button to damaging the Touch ID cable. Buy that part for rid out that risk

i've been using it for the past 3 days, calls, messages, tweets, instagram, everything! There are a couple of issues that I found but nothing major... the proximity sensor doesn't work very well... and when switching in between the two rear cameras the camera app crashes, but either than that everything really good
