I think that the modder has two mods. The mod that makes you level 199 and the mod that gives you a 5+ in all stats qq bang and super speed. I think this because the modder has 199 level stats, but he takes more damage than most level 199 modders. I think the mods are counteracting each other. Yes, he has the strength and speed of a level 199, and his health looks massive, but the other mod causes him to take damage equivalent to a normal 120 it just looks like he takes more damage. His health would start flashing even though he had over one bar of health left.

It flashes because it's percentage based, I don't know the exact percentage but you can see this in action while leveling a character, a level 1 character will flash red when they get low enough which will be like 2k of their hp I think or 2/10 of a full bar while someone with 3+ bars flashes around 1 bar. It just depends on how much hp you have, more HP you have the higher your hp when it flashes. I think the exact percentage is somewhere between 25 and 33% which is why it flashes at 2 bars for modders, they have like 6 or 7 hp bars

What I find weird is the modder's "Flashing Red Health" bar. Due to its percentage, the flashing bar is on this SECOND HP bar, and looks SO WRONG LOL.

Like Bronx isn't great, but he wasn't too bad. He talks a bigger game than these fights put up tho 😅 I'll give it to him tho, he was outsmarting the modder on a lot of those fights. He does have ALOT of noobish fighting traits tho.

Ah also, I started experimenting with making 6 Star QQ BANGS with Super Baby 2 Outfit and Bardock Top. (Still need to grind more Super baby 2 ones) and I gotta say, im mostly pleased with the results thus far. I got one +23 that I had no need for, but potential is there. The QQ BANG was: (+5 HP, +5 KI, +5 STM, +5 BASIC +3 STRIKE and 0 KI BLAST)
