Get a hole drilling bit for your drill and make you a hole in the vanity. They make standard size rubber fittings to place in the hole to have clean edges.

For the cord hole sich on ur vanity u can ask Mr. Kate what's the best way to execute the diy but just taking a drill and creating a large enough hole for both the cord and the ending pt that plugs in the outlet could solve the messy cord sich and placing one of those black outer covers on the hole to make it more put tgthr 🔨🔨🔨

I had our builder put in special metal lined grids for my hot tools with built in outlet into my very bottom drawer in my bathroom. You might beable to have someone come in and do that in one of those deeper/larger drawers.
