Yes, you split the bills BUT how you get the money together.. Do you sit around the dining room table and say "You owe $50" in cash and then one of you goes and pays it? ... I imagine it being like a game of Monopoly haha.. I know that money can be a touchy subject but i am just curious. :)

It could be the same as a relationship, well most couples, just put maybe $100 into a shared account each week/fortnight whatever, then just pay bills using that account? idk hahah

Late reply - only came across this vid now hehe. from my own experience when I’ve rented with a partner or friends, we wait for bills to come in, everyone sees the bill then split it fairly / halves or thirds depending on the living situation and transfer money to one person who can bpay the acc we owe for :) some may give you cash, which you could always deposit to your bank acc if you need to use their money or if you’ve got enough yourself then you can keep the cash aside, same same! :)
