you can do this without mod by: get commandblock and put near a village,then add command /effect @(something) levitation and place the red stone machine that repeat it self (watch on youtube to how to do it cause i lazy)then it work warning:it also make you fly until you disabled the machine or use creative mode and fly

So you kinda explained in your video, but if the area that is far enough away from the village to spawn a raid doesn't have a big enough space to spawn, the raid will always result in a victory instantly. Great video
