Guts is tragic on fire types, you have to run toxic orb instead of flame orb and get badly poisoned which does much more damage

With Hail changing to Snow, and Aurora Veil, they’ve managed to somehow turn the tides of their massive defensive disadvantage and become middle of the pack/actually good. Also their offense is still amazing, especially when ground types dominate the formats. Now that they’ve improved the ice type, we can afford to give ice types a more consistent and defensively useful status condition just for them. And yes, you’re right. We need a move whose sole focus is to inflict frostbite.

If you fully comment to Flareon as your tera, you can run flame or instead, first turn tera and use a speed boosting move, get burned then facade/flare blitz the entire team

I made a similar build that wiped out most my opponents team. The moves were just Trailblaze and Last Resort, Tera normal with flame orb. Basically use Tera and trailblaze as soon as it comes out to immidiately activate flame orb and start demolishing the enemy. Nobody ever expects it and it was a great time!

@@saber_6683 again blaze kick is almost a unique move, only 2 Pokémon can learn it. flame wheel and fire fang damage is to low for them to be competitive moves, their like mid form evo moves, anything that is lower then 80 and doesn't have a strong secondary effect is not viable. flame charge is pretty good but only for it's secondary effect, you aren't taking it for damage,

I made a build involving flareon too, but it was slightly more geared to doubles. It had protect with normal tera and burn orb, so it basically can turn 1 protect into tera and burn regardless of what they do. Unless it's urshifu... And my first was actually not facade.. I had Last resort xD.. Basically. Protect tera, last resort. That was it. It was funny. But when the ghost came out it was impossible and i changed the moveset pretty quick.

Oof, that weezing vs garchomp matchup in the end. I was legit betting that this was a complete counter to garchomp, he can't do anything, with the only way he wins is if you miss multiple will o wisps. Then I saw your lack of haze or clear smog. If my usage of weezing has taught me anything, it's that so many physical attackers attempt to stat up in front of a wall, especially when burned. Haze makes sure they stay useless. IDK, I just like haze. I think it's a fun, great move, especially if you can wipe away multiple turns or item setups with just 1 turn.

You could still use Flame Orb to avoid getting badly poisoned with the condition that you are forced to use Tera normal at the very first turn Flareon hits the field for the Fire Orb to activate correctly.

Since it seems we are getting an eeveelution series, may I suggest something? It's shell smash Espeon. How? You pair it with a torkal with ejeck pack Torkal uses shell smash and swaps out to your espeon. Espeon then uses Copycat to use the move torkal did to have a 140 base power stored power after 1 shell smash. You could also use weather ball as there is sun out from the torkal
