* 4 cups all purpose flour
* 1/2 cup margarine
* 2 tbsp dry butter (optional)
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp vegetable bouillon
* 1/2 medium onion
* 2 cloves garlic
* 2/3 cup water (+/- 3 tablespoons depending on how ingredients are measured, and other contributing factors) regular temperature water
* Cooking oil for deep frying

I love that tip of stacking the pastry and cutting then thereby cutting the time in half - what a genius idea- should’ve consulted before cutting mine a few days ago - annoying and time consuming 😅 thanks for sharing 👌🏾❤️

Thank you so much for this video, esp the tips. So useful. I have this margarine that is really thick but I want to use it for my recipe. Should cream it a little bit? because yours look softer, almost like butter
