Kane, I hated running myself until I discovered that running helps a lot to get rid of stress, bad mood and especially anger. Sometimes we do all have days when we happen to be angry at something or at somebody. So running really helps. Kane my piece of advice, if you do not mind, when you are running try to develop a pattern in your breathing. Concentrate on making your breathing regular, not hectic. Believe me, once you start counting your breathe ins and breathe outs, it really makes running actually a joy instead of torture. Happy running :) Greetings from Toronto, Canada!!!

if muesli (your pet dog) is lazy to exercise and does not have joint or foot bone issues, a way to make your dog move more actively is take a few piece of diced meat in a zip plastic bag in your pockets and use that as encouragement to move, once muesli does a bit of ACTIVE walking or running give a small piece of diced meat as a reward and repeat the process over and over, take about 15 - 20 pieces of diced meat in your pocket in the plastic zip up mini bag
