I am going to try this! I have been on a Spelt kick lately and maybe I’ll change the flour out. Or, I can try it both ways! 😊

I think spelt would work just fine. And if you like them a little on the gooey side (like I do) keep them a little under baked like the video, or go further for a more firm brownie. They really are spectacular!

Oo, that looks decadent. I wonder how this would work with FM rye flour? Rye pairs well with chocolate.

These are soooo rich and decadent. I made them a few times a year. I think Rye sounds great. Let me know if you try them!
