As far as I can tell, the closest another anime cafe came to mimicking the JJK restaurant was the Dungeon Meshi cafe. Not only did the food look good, but they also tried to use a lot of more unusual ingredients like alligator, which is completely in the spirit of DM.

As a rule: whatever grows underground (potatoes, carrots, root veg in general) start the cooking with cold water, whatever grows above the ground (peas, spinach, green beans, asparagus, etc...) start the cooking with boiling water. It has to do with how vegetables starch and chlorophylle react to heat.

3:38 - Oh man, our guy has been out of the pro chef game for so long his hands can feel heat again. It really has been a minute since you've worked in a pro kitchen setting, huh? 5:32 - Them onions looking good, chef. It's reminding me a little bit of the onions for the chaliapin steak don, but obviously much more thick and jammy. 11:26 - I prefer to think of it as using nature's bounty to spice up your dish like Soma and Megumi had to do in their shokugeki vs the Aldini brothers. 15:29 - One large piece of steak also sounds much more satisfying to eat in my opinion at least. 20:11 - I can't really comment on the taste for obvious reasons, but I will say that from a pure visual standpoint I think yours does look better than what was served at the JJK restaurant. Something about the whole chunk of steak is just way more satisfying to look at.

I really liked that he mentioned what to do for those that can't use alcohol. I really like it cause I love food and I wanted to try to cook some of the recipes online but I can't cause they contain alcohol or pork.

The Spy x Family movie (Spy x Family: Code White) revolves around making a dessert. If you're fast, you can screenshot a list of ingredients. Not promising that the list is ALL ingredients, but I'm sure you can manage. Just remember that it's an unusual take on this dessert. You'll have to watch the movie to find out what exactly it is. Because I'm Bratman.

Exactly the same issue with me too... The voice over is limited to just the right earphone and the background music is playing in the left one. Although it syncs back to normal after 12:30

I always wanted to go to the Gundam cafe but I'm nowhere close to affording a trip to Japan let alone a themed cafe...I spent a good bit of time trying to find a replica of the metal mess tray they showed in some of the promos of the food, particularly the pilots' meals but I never could find an exact one. I got some good images of the menu from the Monster Hunter cafe they did for a bit too, it was the one for Monster Hunter Rise/Sunbreak...they have an official cookbook for Monster Hunter in Japan but it's not been translated into English which makes me rather sad.
