Hi Josh. Congrats to your gains and thanks for sharing. Just a quick thought. One of the risks in for LHN is sudden govt intervention in the co living space. Position sizing is key. Taking some profits off the table may not be a bad idea from a risk management point of view. Good luck and Huat to all

Hi Bryan, it’s one of the weaker reits. I think times are tough now for reits, easier to stay patient w the bigger names because then hunt for the best value imo 🙂

Seems like without PLTR, your SG stock profits only contribute about $35k. I guess your capital invested into SG stocks is significantly higher than what you invested in US stocks but the ROI for SG stocks are lower compared to US stocks. My takeaway is that SG stocks are not giving a good return and is better to invest in US stocks though may be seen as a more volatile market. Would be solid if you made $100k from SG stocks with 20% 2024 ROI or higher SG Portfolio returns. Anyone invested US$100k in PLTR between 2023-early 2024 and held on till now would have made more than US$100k in returns.
