Every one of your recipes I have tried has been great but you really outdid yourself with the cheesecake last week. I made it with German forest honey (gave it a great flavor) and it was so good I had to stop myself from eating it all in one day! I will be making this bread today. Thank you, Sasha, for your healthy and delicious recipes!

This was honestly a life saver. Whenever I buy store-made bread it always goes past the expiration date because I think I will eat it and then I don't. With this, this is whipped up quickly, I cut the whole recipe in half to only have one serving (two slices, made one small sandwich), which is just perfect for my low calorie days (combining it with yogurt and other stuff, don't worry, i'm not overdoing the low cal thing). For everyone who has thought about using up that aquafaba that you saved up from your last time making hummus or you simply don't want to use eggs because you're vegan: it's perfect to use aquafaba instead of the egg whites! I actually simply didn't have any eggs left so I opted for the aquafaba (about 30g per one eggwhite) and it just worked out perfectly!
@HowToCookSmarter2 жыл бұрын
Hi there! Thanks so much for this amazing feedback! You're so right, it's one of the main benefits of this recipe, there's no more leftover stale bread in my box, and I eat bread only when I truly crave for it. Also it's great to know this recipe works with aquafaba too.

Hi there Martha! You're so right, it's not the best piece of bread ever, but it is delicious and it can work as a bread replacement all the time if you ask me. Same thing here, I didn't really enjoyed the smell when done in my microwave, I guess it because of lot of the steam created inside the dough, but after some toasting or making my grilled cheese, oh my, I would love to have one for my breakfast today. Talking about making it inside the oven, I guess you can double or triple the recipe, but I would suggest you still bake yours in some casserole pan or cake pan not really classic loaf pan, I would rather do it like foccacia you know.
