I’ve learned from doing blue aprons that in order to avoid the “chaos” phase of having everything finish or need support at the same time, take care of whatever can stay out longer on it’s own first. (Sauces, jams, cooled toppings) then you get the hot stuff out last and have everything else ready to put it together!

Another great video!! I love the kitchen adventures....maybe a name idea??? Also, hack/tip whatever you want to call it...if you have to coat your veggies in a disturbing feeling mixture or bread crumbs, you could do this in a plastic baggie. It contains the mess and one less dish to wash, which is always a win. Anytime I fry fish or chicken, I'll dunk them in the egg, drop them in the crumb baggie, close it and shake it 😊
