Bananas are triploids meaning they have 3 pairs of chromosomes and also means their fruit is in 3 parts. So technically your banana is not botanically correct when dissected into 4 like that. Short story time: I recently discovered your channel and have subsequently been obsessively watching your videos. I take the bus to and from school and I typically watch 2-3 of your videos a day on the trip there and back (it's a long bus ride). I was getting very sad that I was nearing the end of your library. All this is to say, thank you for turning me on to Jack Jack! I'll be now going back and forth between the two, you guys are some truly talented folks and your years of practice really shows through in these videos. I love what you guys do! I hope one day to add one of your sculptures to my shelf :) keep doing what you do!

Fun fruit fact: there's a real fruit called guaraná that actually already looks a lot like eyes. It's a part of some south American native tribes culture, a natural source of caffeine and also one the most popular soda flavors in my country (Brazil) even though most people have never even seen the fruit itself in real life. If you ever come across anything that is guarana flavored I totally recommend trying it, it's really good and pretty unique.
