It’s an investment. It generates energy, which means you wont have to pay as much for electricity. Over time the money you save in electricity will pay for the generator, then every cent saved past that is technically profit compared to not having the generator. Solar is one of the best renewable and CLEAN energy sources. I see no problem in him promoting this for money, especially since he was literally in the middle of a hurricane.
