I love your tiny home! I have severe back problems as well. I’ve had one cervical surgery so far, and possibly facing another next year. I unfortunately have a disease that has caused arthritis literally from my head to my toes, so I understand the back pain. I’m not ready to give up van life yet though!

@@NinthElement By the way I once watched a High Ranking Military Navy Man give a Graduating Class the Commencement Speech and after some really uplifting and positive comments - he said, "Let me tell you something, that you have to know: sometimes things will be so bad, and you will not understand why, or how you are going to get thru - but I promise you if you will just get up, get yourself ready, and make up your bed every single day - you will get thru. Sometimes, that may be all that you will be able to do, but do it, and know that we are all doing it...making it thru together." Yes I make up my bed. Oh and I like the swish a roo on the cabinetry.

Mindy, a great video. I eat one to two meals a day. Very high protein. Eggs, meat, light dairy. and limit carbohydrates to 50Gms a day or less. Eating within a five hour window. Then fasting for 19 hours/day. I'm down 20lbs from September 1st, 2024. 80lbs to go. All by changing the diet and eliminating all junk/fast foods and snacks. Cravings gone in a week. Three of the worse things in today's diet. High Fructose Corn Syrup {Sodas}, Seed oils, junk/fast foods and the over consumption of grains.

Jack thanks for your comment and your success. Congratulations! I lived a very rich diet on the road for 2.5 years and it caught up with me. There is always room for improvement, and I am on the same plan as you. Cheers!

Love the way you changed the cabinets. Love that you are getting more mobility back! Love our videos and recipes!! On my end, I'm sad to say I'll be passing my Element "Pumpkin" on soon as she turned over 400k miles last week. I drive a long way to and from the day job and I'm worried about her keeping up with me. I'm getting a Honda Ridgeline soon to replace Pumpkin but it will not be the same at first. The Ridgeline can tow a small camper, which is in my future. Thank you for sharing!! Hugs from NE Ohio.

Oh No! Why not keep driving the E until it dies? Honestly I want to know what is the most miles one can make in it. 9th has 230K and Tank has 198K. Just barely broken in. Cheers!

Wow...I think I have a "smellevision" on my head😂 I could smell all those flavors!!! Felt like making it but missing over half of the ingredients. It's going to be a winner in my kitchen this weekend! Thanks!!! Love both of your cabinets. Do agree with your switch. But looking at the one with lights...can you turn it and maybe have it be an island? On the one next to the refrigerator maybe a green paint with a peel and stick wood grain on top might make it flow with the other cabinets. Its lovely as is but just offering my tiny house dream ideas😊 You are looking fabulous my friend!!!🤗🤗🤗❤❤❤

I love your island idea, and I was considering another option that i have in my tiny house of furniture. We will see? Do try this recipe, as it holds up for days and gets better as left overs. My body feels fantastic when I stick to an anti-inflammatory diet. Cheers!

@NinthElement ❤️❤️❤️ Mine too...but is hard some days...your environment is a big part of the battle. You will keep getting better!! I lt broke my heart to hear you abou being 57 and with limitations. Mines started at 54. Had to retired. But slowly listening to my body helping it wherever I can i have avoided surgeries and functioning at my own speep. Yup...opening the box and carrying a bit at a time. I have tons of small bags...load them as I can cartied and take extra trips...consideting those as my moveming requirements for each day. Even for gardening I buy smaller dirt bags and keep on going!!! Camping has become a challenge so Im working on a journal of local places to explore...no more than 3 hrs away.🤗 nothing can stop us when we find alternatives....even if not always easy... But...love your otdoor tub...wow!!!❤️❤️❤️

The harissa probably was fine under the mould. Condiments sometimes go a bit funny on top but underneath is still fresh. I’m a ‘taste’ test person. We throw so SO much away that’s still edible.

Hi Mindy! I found after months of plant based dieting, we have been lied to about nutrition. Most of the grocery store produce is grown in soil so depleted in minerals, then treated with synthetic fertilizers. I could loose some weight eating that way but nature takes it's course and you are eating all the time almost never getting satiated while the body is screaming for the things it needs like red meat. Once I found Dr. Ken Berry on you tube and the proper human diet, I eat one meal a day, the kitchen stays clean, as I cook mostly on the gas grill , my arthritis is at bay, my flexibility allows me to trim my own toenails once again at 73 years old. Was 274 pounds in January now I'm 226 and taking better care of myself and not so overwhelmed. But everyone has to follow their own path to reality our once great America has been commandeered by people who profit from us being sick.

Cutting your toenails yourself is my defining factor to lose weight or ? Glad that you are healthy and I hope that you enjoy this recipe. Cheers!
