Why wood and not aluminum? I would think the weight of the wood would add up plus if wood gets wet it swells and deteriorates? just asking because I would like to build one as well

That's a cool bike camper i probably want to build one for both my bikes and paint it in acu Digital camouflage i have size 20 inch bmx wheels that were taken off of the bmx bike can't wait to build it my own sooner thanks for the tutorial of how to build it $350 was inexpensive compared to $1,000 bike campers omg they're expensive to buy probably going to try building one

Very good bike-trailer but I would have put the part tilted forward to make it more aerodynamic. You should change the direction of the trailer, you will see that it will be easier to move forward.

Відео з серії "а що то було?" 1) Дерева там відсотків 50 по об'єму і відсотків 80 по масі. ОСБ та фанера аж ніяк не повністю дерево. Метал (кріплення коліс, домкрати), фарба, грунтовка, шурупи, акрил (вікно), лак, стоп-вогні, ... 2) важко і нерозумно. В тому числі матеріально і за часом 3) підтримка колеса зовні з'явилась "раптово нізвідки" Варіант в рази простіший, менший за вагою та дешевший (раз усе одно варили) - металева каркасна рама (домкрати при русі ховаються у вертикальні труби рами, верх можливо з грутої алюмінієвої квадратної труби як хочеться полегше) з натягнутим на каркас тентом з дверима та вікнами на застібках "молнія" чи липучках (і можливістю заміни їх на сітки протимоскітні). Або дві бічні стінки з модулів пластик-полістероль-пластик, а "стріха з передом та задом" - лист кровельної жесті. Як потрібно утеплення - зсередини підклеюєте ізоляцію.
