@@downx2767 I knew about that video, but it still isn't a good way to handle allergies. Nobody gets their ice cream assuming it'll be cross contaminated with the rest of the ice cream; they assume the scoop will be cleaned between each scooping, which is far more reasonable. Most people don't explicitly state their allergies, and it's odd that if you order something you're not allergic to, you could possibly go anaphylactic.

I think everyone should be more aware of extreme allergies such as peanuts or nuts in general, but more specifically be careful when you let ice cream flavors come in contact with other ice cream flavors because of any minor or major contaminations. This could be from the scooper, to mixing, or anything. Please take care of your customers and be more careful and aware of this. Many people suffer from these severe life-threatening allergies. I just wanted to help you extend your career by making it more safe and open to everyone. extra advice: it is the best doing what you love for yourself and being different, standing out, being the odd one out or the black sheep in the sea of white sheep. But just know, it does not come without challenges and obstacles. Most of the time, could be financial or health issues or because of the people around you. You must attract the right people for you, and cut out or distance yourself away from the toxic people who are the people who will naysay, be unsupportive, put you down, bully or make fun of you etc. but that's why you have to cut them off and ignore what they do or say to you because actually they're just projecting their insecurities onto you. It is their problem, not yours. Because they see what you're doing as a trigger for their insecurities because they know they could never gather the courage to do what you do. If anything, feel pity and compassion for them. But continue to do you, and only improve on what you love doing!
