Homemade vanilla ice cream with egg yolks! No condensed milk!
Egg yolks (4 pcs.).

Sugar (120g / ~1/2 cup + 1 tbsp).
Vanilla tincture (1 tsp) or vanilla sugar (1 tsp).
Milk (200 ml / 4/5 cups).
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Allow to cool in the refrigerator.
Cream 33-36% (500 ml / 2 cups).
Beat until thick.
Mix egg cream with cream until smooth.
Waffle plates 20-22 cm (~8") 2 pieces.
Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours until hardened.
