Leafy greens can be really good and some are definitely better than others. Getting some fresh organic greens from a farmer or farmers market is the way to go if you can. Butter leaf and arugula are my favorite

Target store brand seems to actually have sweet lettuce.

Try 3 Tbsp mayo, 1 tsp of oregano, 2 tsp red wine vinegar, 2 cloves minced garlic, red onion, salt and black pepper to taste for 2 cups mixed greens/lettuce. It'll make any sandwich a million times better!
