Quick question , I followed the website and edit to 3 servings , but there’s still a lot more in the wok , is it accurate ? My one serving looked way more than the videos one serving I end up using “3 serving that I edited on the website “ but I split for 5 serving instead because my 5 serving looked around the same as your actual 5 serving size ,

0:46. The downside with chicken thighs is they taste like an old man's asshole. The only way that I can eat chicken thighs that I can stomach is by putting them in the Instantpot until they shred apart. That seems to take away the ass flavor. I've had chicken thighs twice at nicer restaurants and they still tasted awful.

I added too much water. I wanted some of it go evaporate so I boiled it all for really long on high. Now it tastes burnt and the whole thing is ruined. But I ain’t doing all that shit again. I’m gonna eat this idc if it gives me cancer.

Chicken breasts are like rubbers, you know you should use them but you don’t. Also wet a paper towel, wring out the water then place it over the food then but it in the microwave that helps a lot

This is very good! From my experience, definitely don't be shy when salting to taste, and don't add hot sauce, it does nothing for it. It was also interesting to realize how little of the meal the potatoes are. I'm used to grocery store frozen meals like this having like no substance on top of rice or pasta, so I was surprised how much meat and veg there was in every bite.

Since you are already using the oven, you could instead roast the garlic with the carrots or separately wrapped in foil and then mash it into the potatoes for a different flavor.

I'm not a fan of chicken thighs (at least what they sell in Tesco UK); if I made this with breast I'd reheat everything but the chicken and maybe just give throw it in for the last 45 seconds so it isn't stone cold.

Personally, if I was using chicken breasts I would use bigger chunks and skip the sear. That should make them a bit more forgiving

Is it the dijon you're against or the mustard itself? You could use another kind of mustard that's more to your liking, or replace it entirely with greek yogurt or mayo depending on your preferences

Just had one of the Spicy Chicken & Pepper meals which I prepped today, and it was amazing - So much more filling than pre-cooked meals from local shops, and it's so much more nutritious! Had to substitute chili flakes and smoked paprika for the adobo sauce, but it was still amazing besides that!
