Goes to show you how many people don’t know the difference between garbage and real good food. One time when I was a kid my best friend invited me over to his house for dinner. His mom made spaghetti and used Campbell tomato soup for sauce. I was polite and ate what I could of it. They all thought it was great. BTW, I am Italian and he was Irish. His mom was a sweetheart but couldn’t cook to save her life. I honestly don’t know how they all survived 🫤

You would not believe how many people who make cooking videos don’t know how to properly use their hands to slice. This person is one of those people. That’s a sliced finger or fingers accident waiting to happen. For those who think this is the way to cook this spaghetti dish good luck. What you have here at the end is nothing but a dish of paste…Glue There is absolutely nothing creamy about this dish at all. Never use flour to make a sauce for pasta. Learn how to make a pasta sauce correctly. There are plenty of videos produced by real chefs that show how a real cheese sauce is made for pasta dishes. Absolutely amazing how many people make videos that haven’t a clue what they are doing showing people the wrong way to make things especially cooking and woodworking.

You're one of the few people that get how messed up this trend is. There's one on facebook that hardly ever uses anything but processed garbage, and people love her. She has no clue what being a good cook, much less a chef is. This channel is especially strange-you never see her face or hear her voice. It's clear after all the food prep she's done that she still has no knife skills or the proper way to use a knife. There's another channel "Collard Valley Cooks" that annoys me to no end because her catch phrase is that she cooks "just like Mama did" and then makes her version of artichoke dip, It's offensive to me because my Mom was a fantastic southern cook and this woman is a fake. She's using all the catch phrases to make money and I'd have no problem if she admitted she's here for the money and she has her own way of cooking. It's sure as hell not "Mama's." To be fair to this dish, she did add cream and parm, then makes the weird addition of cheddar cheese. And it's so annoying saying she makes the dish every week-she says that about every recipe. If she made them all every week she'd have 100 dishes or more. Plus I think spaghetti is the wrong choice-something like penne would work much better. Anyway, it's nice to see someone who gets it comment.
