You can use any of your favorite pasta for this recipe! Very easy to prepare, but the pasta recipe is very tasty!

creamy pasta with broccoli recipe:
Spaghetti 400 gr.
Cook until al dente.
Salt.
3 garlic.
Olive oil.
Butter 55 gr.
Fry for 3-4 minutes.
1 broccoli.
2 onions.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
Cherry tomatoes 150 gr.
1 chili pepper.
Some water.
Vegetable broth 1 cup.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Add broccoli.
Add spaghetti and mix well.
Parsley.
The dish is ready!
Greek yogurt/sour cream 2 teaspoons.
Ketchup 1 teaspoon.
1 garlic, parsley.
Very tasty sauce!

I agree with the other commenters about the garlic. I would add it to the onion pan after they are sautéed, so it doesn’t burn. Another suggestion, is to use some of your pasta water when adding it to the dish because it’s starchy & will help thicken the sauce instead of plain water. The dish looks delicious & I will be making it! Thank you for sharing.

Yes, the garlic was burnt a little, but sautéing the broccoli and the garlic together adds a stronger flavour to the broccoli.

Je fais attention pour ne pas brûler l’ail dans mes recettes car ça donne un goût . Je vais faire la recette car j’ai justement des pâtes cuites , du brocoli , et des mini tomates à finir . Du parmesan à la place de la crème sûre ou yogourt car je suis intolérante . Ce sera bon , merci pour la recette .

I make Farfelle pasta with pesto sauce and separately I sautéed fresh mushrooms and fresh garlic and onions in virgin olive oil then steam fresh broccoli and cut into florets and flavor with a little squeezed fresh lemon mix altogether add imported grated Italien cheese so delicious delicious and scrumptious 👍
