Ding dong!!! I’m super happy for you🎉🎉🎉. I’m two months in learning my split and I realized today “Starting is easy, staying consistent even on days I don’t feel like it is the main thing”.
@TimKimMe6 ай бұрын
You nailed it. It’s easy to do it daily when you’re motivated and seeing progress, it’s the pushing through when it’s tough and being consistent that gets you to your final destination though! Best of luck, let me know if you get stuck.

Thanks for this video. I have noticed how often in life I fall into the mental trap of "It should take x amount of time to accomplish this" only for that to be a gross underestimation which only serves to discourage me. Any time that the discouragement leads to breaks, it takes effort just to get back to where I previously was, which further demotivates me. I think the best approach is just to work toward something without a definite end and to work on incremental success.

This is best Way !
@TimKimMe3 ай бұрын
Yes, that mentality shift makes a HUGE difference. I thought about quitting mostly from "expecting" to be done with the challenge and not hitting the goals, once I let that arbitrary timeline go, I was able to focus and hit my goal!

yo what weighted stretch do you think helped u most? im tryna get splits too, ive platued at 6 months gonna incoorperate some weights into my routine so i can hit this shit too.

For the Front Splits, I think the weighted wall quad stretch and cossack squats made a huge difference. I could feel myself going deeper with the weights. Let me know how it goes!

Hey, I’m trying to something similar for kicking, and i’m basically just hard stretching with PNS about every other day. Did you ever figure out why and how those youtubers achieved these goals in 30 days, and why you couldn’t? I’m in the early stage where i’m still seeing progress but I could plateau and I’d like to know what’s coming. Were they just faking? Genetics? Maybe previous experience like how muscle memory exists?
@TimKimMe7 ай бұрын
Hey, yes, I think the short answer is most of them have probably attempted the splits seriously before or have done some mobility work prior to their 30 days in the video. I’ve never attempted the splits before the challenge so I think my video is more realistic in terms of what to expect from zero. Best of luck! Let me know what your experience is like!

I invite you to join islam my friend You are a hardworking and passionate person, But you will not reach spiritual peace except through Islam, when you get to know the God who created you and draw closer to Him and know that He loves you. You will believe in Him, His Prophet Muhammad, His Prophet Jesus, His Prophet Moses, and all of His prophets, peace be upon them all. Islam will bring you eternal happiness, because if you think about this universe, you must know that this universe has a wise and majestic Maker, and when you surrender yourself to Him, you know that He was feeding you when you were in your mother’s womb. He is the one who taught you to speak, taught you to walk, and protected you until you became a self-reliant young man.Do not think that this demand is charity It is impossible to believe that a very advanced program or a phone made by chance with all the applications inside it is not a coincidence that was not destroyed by a wise maker. I wish you the best, brother. You deserve to give yourself the opportunity for eternal happiness ❤❤
