It’s a 4 lane highway if he not getting off soon why would he move into the far right lane? If he’s doing the speed limit and you have plenty of room to pass then you cool. Nobody cares you wanna speed you aren’t cool

Left lane is the fast lane not the middle lane. Right lane is for entering/exiting middles are for cruising and left is for passing.
