My parents had a truly successful marriage. It was full of laughter and tears, but there was always love. It lasted almost 51 years, and it ended when my mom lost her battle with cancer. Marriage has never been about our happiness God created marriage. He never said it was to make each other happy. We are too glorify. God he said many trials will come it’s about us growing together. It’s never been about happiness, when we marry, we make a covenant between God and us if we divorce we just gave up unless there was adultery involved or abuse. Tia is not happy within herself. She needs the peace of God. She has a restless spirit. Nothing and no one will make her happy for long. She turned to this new age spiritually and Corey seemed to be grounded in Christ. Darkness cannot comprehend light. The demon in her was irritated by him, as he was in Christ and she was not and therfore they became unequally yoked. We don't know all the facts, but one thing I have observed over the years with couples who have broken up. The one who level up and find success turns out to be the one who was not the problem in the relationship. The other person was blocking their blessing. One struggles and the other becomes successful. This is spiritual and deeper than you see on the surface. Christ is the center of every marriage and is harder when two people have different beliefs. Marriage is based on two becoming one. How can two become one when your spiritual beliefs are different? That is what has torn them apart. Corey continues to give God praise, have you heard Tia mentiond God. All we hear is about her and her happiness.

I believe that many women at this age, almost like a mid life crisis, decide to leave their marriages. I have seen it before, where the husband is a great guy, & the reasons given are similar to Tia's. The husbsnds remind me of Cory, maybe not the way they met, but similar where he's a great role model, loving his wife & children, taking care of his family,and no cheating or flirting with other women. You'd want your sons to emulate these men. Then, out of nowhere, the wife will come up with similar reasons like Tia'a to ask for divorce. No amount of counseling etc. helps. And you see the kids are hurt & troubled by this. The family broken. Never give up praying for marriages where God is recognized as Lord over the home. Pray that these areas of weakness are dealt with and healed, because the enemy is always looking around to steal kill and destroy marriages.

Midlife crises, and midlife crises usually happens when someone has had an easy life. Listen to her words, graduation, she thinks she is a teenager still or someone in their early 20's. To this day I remember just browsing around on Instagram, when she was still married, and I was on Halle Berry's page, and Tia wrote a comment on it saying when I grow up I want to be just like you. Now mind you she was probably in her 40s, married with two kids? clearly in her head she thinks she is young. 40s-50s you are all the same age. Also, remember, some people struggle to get over a great time in her life, Tia is struggling to get over her Sister Sister days. She still is looking at herself as a kid, and it has come to the surface in her 40's. She panicked man. I think she was masking the truth, this is an old interview. She had a newer one with a pod caster that was more honest. She said she felt like she was jumping through hops and no one was pouring into her, constantly having to prove that she was worthy of love. And it can happen when a spouse is suffering from other unhealed trauma. It's not that at all I think she definitely loved him but was exhausted by the marriage. She explained in a recent interview that they did do counseling and she did counseling alone. Anyway we weren't in her marriage, so we can choose to mind our business, as it's not our jobs to understand what happened. pray for them.

I believe her new found Social Media fame played a part. He was not down with making those videos everyday. She wanted to be able to do what she saw other women do in the dance challenges and wear more seductive clothes and they still have their men, she was running around with Adrienne Bosh & Gabrielle Union, who probably pumped her up and she went too far and left her FAITHFUL man. We saw the headlines with those other folks . With all their drama , they have committed to staying in their marriage. Tia and Corey could have easily went to counseling and slept in separate rooms for a while. Corey was probably introvert who was not willing to take a leap of faith on things. She got tired and impatient. Now she is SINGLE, looking DESPERATE!!!. Due is getting g more Social. He got a makeover , and us taking on more roles in acting that he probably normally would turn down.

With all due respect, this is a delusional thought process and self focused. Marriage has nothing to do with being happy but to be of service to your mate. Happiness comes by allowing God to be at the center and operating in marriage the way He ordained it should be. I pray her spiritual eyes are opened and she comes to know the truth of the word.
