It might not necessarily have been from food. I'd taken one of those speed boats up the Mekong once, and the only thing I'd consumed that day was a canned soda. I ended up splitting with my friends and booking my own room because I knew I was going to be up all night, first time I'd ever been that sick. The only thing I can figure is that at one point a droplet of river water made it in to my mouth. It could be you got a drop of water from an air conditioner or something? It _probably_ was the food, but not necessarily.

You got poisoned by some USA spy in that new burger franchise infiltrated by USA agents. It looks obvious! Your symptoms could be some Acute radiation syndrome, or some chemical poisoning sickness or some bacteria poisoning sickness. It could be unrelated to the burger: X-ray gun, poisoning from other stuff in that new burger franchise, etc...Nathan Rich has suffered also about a very uncommon illness in China. It is very good that both of you report in details your health issues with a good pedagogical approach in order to understand how to avoid similar issues in a soon future.
@wadeabout18562 жыл бұрын
Bacterial infection does not necessarily come from food. Did you wash your hands before eating? Did you touch food after touching mobile phones and other items? Many people do not pay attention to their own hygiene, which leads to bacterial infection. Food has only become a catalyst and a breeding place full of nutrition, aggravating the disease.

In the US, the A&E department is very expensive, so Americans usually don’t go to the A&E department, but in China, visiting a doctor in the A&E department is really the same as visiting other doctors, so in China, this situation usually Chinese choose to rush directly to the emergency room, and in fact, it is time to go to the emergency room of the hospital that night for you.

I had similar experience before after I had a salmon sashimi at a Japanese restaurant, the diarrhoea was awful, the worst I've ever experienced. Then I went to clinic and the doctor said probably parasite infection from eating raw fish. Then I took the medication and finally got better.
@stanbimi2 жыл бұрын
As a public service you should tell the doctors at the hospital and also the local food safety department (whatever it is called) about your sickness after consuming the hamburgers. They should send someone to inspect that food outlet so that it either gets a clean bill of health, or correct whatever problem is confirmed.

Classic case of food poisoning. I got it once before in my whole life. The shivering? Dehydration from gysering too much. Take hydration packets. The food poisoning? Charcoal pills. Hope this was a lesson you won't forget.🤣 The food poisoning could have come from pesticides in unwashed vegetables or meat that was contaminated or even to fly eggs.

Indeed food poisoning . It happened to me too , but with different symptoms. I once was hungry and there was a third rate cafeteria , selling fried fish. The taste was good , but just 1 hour later began to feel a ridiculous strong pain in my stomach , and i instantly knew it had to be the fish with a dubious quality fast food restaurant .in just one hour , i passed from feeling well , to feeling very sick , sweating and a very strange pain in my stomach. i was in my home and began to vomit , and i could not stop from vomiting , it was very intense the way my body was trying to vomit .. But what i was throwing was just acid water and nothing else. and after 5-6 times vomiting in under 5 minutes ,saw a dense liquid that was vomit , it was a suspicious looking liquid with some color , after my body throw that substance , my body got well again in just few minutes.. It was like magic , that was healed in a small time , as soon i vomit a poisonous substance that was in the fish. After that experience , i try to avoid fish , if there is an option to eat something else. And not turning back. I still eat lobster and shrimp , but normal fish , i avoid it because of that bad experience. So it looks that he was poisoned by the burger and his body did not recover until ,he dropped all those contaminated food , he eat.

Food poisoning Jason is not a joke Jason, it's always quite serious. Don't be childish and should it happen again please go immediately to the nearest hospital. Also, have always at home some tablets of the medicine they gave to you and start taking them as soon as you feel any symptoms. Just don't wait. By the way, Lincoln is a gorgeous baby and have a very nice birthday.

From what you have decribed about, the food poison was most likely from either the not well cooked beef patties or the unclean burger sauce such as mayonaise or brownies sauce that was put between beef patties.

A quick remedy for food poisoning is milk. Add a small amount sugar and warm it up in a microwave oven and then drink it. Milk would bind these little buggers in place until it works it's way through the digestive system. It really works. Do the same if you suspect chemical poisoning. Milk will slow down the absorption until you get to the hospital. it's recommended in household cleaning products. . .you need to read the fine print on the label.So, always keep some milk in your refrigerator.

I had the same experience. About six months ago I bought a carton of 30% off sushi at supermarket. Since the next afternoon, I had the same symptoms as yours, every 15 minutes. The funny thing is after I took expired antibiotics that I took from China that night, I was much better. Next day I bought some medicine and was completely cured in about one week. And I learned from this how important it is to have an Electronic closestool.

Had the same last year... The difference between China and my place in Europe is that here you are not supposed to go to ER for a diarrhea (except for young children). And it's very annoying to have to go to your regular practitioner and wait for your appointment, ... with the geyser situation.

I can relate to that. I was visiting Hong Kong and stopped by a shop to get some local street food. Didn't feel well soon after eating the food and it progressed (or should I say regressed) just like what happened to you. Though I didn't drag on when the typical anti-diarrhea pills didn't work. My GF went to a pharmacy the next day and asked for some medicine specific to my symptoms. It worked but the whole ordeal still lasted 4-5 days.

I had this back in 2005, i went to a wedding at a country club in NY. Half the people at the wedding got it too. Unfortunately, for me it lasted 2 months before i fully recovered. It was so horrifying but I was in great shape afterwards. I couldnt take the subway. I had to call out of work. I had to reschedule my final exams, I had to get IV drip but after the IV i reverted back to diahrea. Couldnt even drink a TEASPOON of water. I was told it was norovirus. I didnt get a fecal sample tested but other people did.

I laughed my socks off watching this. Thank you. Nothing beats a good rib hurting laugh. Reminds of a similar experience I had here in Dubai a couple of months ago. I went to the fruit &veg market here and bought a lovely looking canterloup melon. For like 50p, I had to have it. After putting it in the fridge for a couple of hours I decided to have a couple of slices. The melon turned out to be the juiciest, sweetest melon.. Half an hour later I had eaten the lot.. Fast forward 4 hours, I experience a little twinge in my lower colon, I go to the throne, and with the slightest of pushes, the world drops out of trap 2. It was like Mt Everest sticking out of the toilet water. About 4 flushes with a bucket chaser to get rid of it. Two months later my Missus says she can still smell it. She reckons the airborne shit particles are stuck in the curtains!! On the plus side, her mates don't come around anymore.
