One of my Guinea pigs had got a inter ear infection and he has now a neurological issue, and is now on medicam. For the rest of his life and is doing great does not have a sideways head and can walk in a straight line.😊 i wonder if medicam would help him.

Bunson is on metacam along with a variety of other medications

To back up what @SoCalGuineaPigRescue has said, Metacam will help in regards to pain(as it is a pain relief) but it will not undo Bunson's head tilt, if that is what you were thinking. IF Bunson's original owner's had taken him to an exotic vet when they noticed he had an issue? 'Maybe' Bunson wouldn't have developed the head tilt. But then again, maybe he would have. I've had one piggy develop a head tilt, and it was because he was blind in one eye. He also had repeated URI's
