I saw a video recently explaining the natural evolution of why certain people are night owls and others are morning people. It stems from early tribal humans sleeping in shifts. The ones that would wake up early were the hunter/gatherers. The ones that would stay up late are the ones tasked with protecting the tribe as well as the things that were hunted/gathered from predators. Another thing that the night owl shift was known for was communicating the stories and ideas amongst the rest of the night owls that were relevant to their tribe, passing down generations of tribal history in the process. This protocol of sleeping in shifts became such an inherent thing passed down through generations that it actually became a genetic trait. So if this attempt to become a morning person doesn't last or just doesn't sit right with you, don't be too upset with yourself. You just might be genetically dispositioned to be a night owl and that's okay.

When you go to Japan you should stay in Shinjuku. It's a great area that is easy to walk around. You are close to Shibuya, Harajuku, and Yoyogi Park. Japanese hotels are very small. If you want a normal hotel experience go to an American brand like Hilton or Marriot.

That's one of the fans inside your dashboard that blows the air out of the vents. The fan can be replaced. Not too expensive. Also, it's not an emergency. The fan is still blowing, and it probably will keep blowing for a long time. I could be wrong. It's hard to diagnose a sound from a 5 second video. But also I'm pretty good at this stuff, thus, I'm taking a chance by opening my big mouth. It could also be a door in the ventilation system that opens/closes when you first start the ventilation system, or when you change the temperature setting. Also relatively inexpensive. And also not an emergency. But annoying.
