I do commend your bravery to learn Genji because I did it already before the season 9 changes but one thing first your doing amazing for a beginner and I would suggest for you to do a slightly faster sensitivity and then eventually go into rank and just go to learn (I felt the same way about not wanting to throw peoples rank games) but a second suggestion just lock Genji in rank and quick play and just play for experience while your still new to the hero
