I just watched this and am teary eyed for a woman and her grandson I have never met. Your videos showed the most beautiful Grandma and Grandson relationship I have ever seen. The first time I saw an episode I was worried it might be a bit sketchy and exploiting with merchandise but after watching a few more I began to see how wonderful she was. I still hear her say "Everything will be Okay" in her lilting sweet voice. Those affirmation cards were a genius inspiration. You made such an incredibly rare connection with her and I believe you have inspired countless others to spend more meaningful time with their aging family members. I hope you feel some some comfort knowing she truly felt your love deep in her soul, as you feel hers. Thank you for sharing her amazing and generous personality with the world. I am a retired nurse and I know there were behind the scenes private times of confusion and frustration. No one could have done more for her, and you are a beautiful chip off the old block. What a legacy!

So true. We share your joy in the time you had together, the sadness and loss, and respect and honor how well you loved and took care of her. 😢❤❤❤...you have the purest kind of loss. Missing her and all the things you did well together while taking care of her. Not the sadness that comes from regret. You did a wonderful job.

I took care of my grandma together with my mum and my godmother. After my grandma had several strokes, she needed to be taken care of day & night. We did this for almost 12 years. When she died it hurt me so much that I thought I couldn't breathe anymore. I still can hear her voice though she passed away 15 years ago. I feel your pain. Grandmas are God's angels 💔🙏

She will be missed by all of us! Her sweet disposition, smile and oh, the love for the Lord. I read once, that the hardness of one's grieving is due to the amount of love one had for that loss. So, obviously, you will grieve much, because you, my sweet, had much love for her. Just as our Father, in heaven, grieves when we are lost. The videos you made of the unconditional love you had for her will forever remind us of what true love is. Praying for comfort and peace for you and your family. Blessings to you all.

Our prayers are with you precious. Your bond was undeniable as you gave all you had to honor the one you loved so much. Those who are caregivers with their hearts as well as with their bodies, hurt deeper because of that bond. Allow yourself to grieve, there is no time table for grief…..make sure to get alone and allow God to heal that broken piece inside of you…..you are still a blessing precious one♥️
